- You must provide search subject’s full name, Date of Birth, SSN and current mailing address
- If the record contains conviction information, it is mandated by Oregon law to notify the search subject of the person who requested the background check. If no conviction information is found, the subject is not notified of the request
- If a criminal record is found: Report cannot be furnished for 14 days. By Oregon law, Oregon State Police must send the search subject a copy of the criminal history record to give the individual 14 days to challenge or provide documents to correct information contained in the record. You will receive the results of the background check regardless of any challenge to this record after 14 days.
